This house was built in 1997 as a true custom home. It was our "dream home" and we have been very happy living in it. But dreams change, and so we offer it to you. The builder we used is also a cabinet maker, and as a result, all the interior work is exceptionally nice.

This house combines numerous artistic touches with practical livability, all in a peaceful rural setting with lots of outdoor activities right at your doorstep. With 43 acres fully fenced, the property can easily become a horse ranch if you wish. It could serve as a Colorado vacation home, or -- as we have used it -- a year-round residence.
