The Great Room

The Great Room is perhaps the most exceptional part of the house!  The west facing wall is comprised of over 20' of windows for wonderful natural light and spectacular views of the San Juan mountains.  Deer are often seen grazing in the cottonwood trees nearby.  Sunsets are amazing, seen from the comfort of this room.

There is radiant in-floor heat in this room, which makes it very comfortable in any season. The fireplace is gas, for quick and easy heat as needed.

If you are not familiar with the expression "Great Room," it  generally means a large, versatile room with  high or vaulted ceilings. Great rooms like this one can be used for a variety of activities.
