This is a photograph of the downstairs house plans. The lines in the kitchen, breakfast nook, and utility room indicate tile flooring, and the horizontal lines in the entryway indicate hardwood flooring.

• The downstairs bedroom makes a great guest room, or could be used as a home office
• The formal living room
• As noted, the garage holds three vehicles, so there is plenty of room for storage, a workshop, etc. (You enter the house from the garage via the laundry room, which is called "Utility Rm" above.)
